VetoMat
Veto Mat is a 500-l/40-kW bio-stoker for solid fuels, and it is designed primarily for heating detached houses and other small facilities. The Veto Mat igniter combines our customers’ experiences and long manufacturing traditions. The device is reliable, flexible and robust and does not require much space. The heating process is automatic and environmental friendly. The low-positioned hatch and freely selectable filling direction make the stoker flexible and user-friendly.
The direction of the feed can be selected at the bottom of the silo, and the feed screw is installed directly into the angle transmission. The trough-shaped combustion head is made of cast iron and installed inside the boiler. Thecombustion head has a high burning efficiency and all of the heat that radiates from the head is utilized in the boiler. A fire extinguisher is included in the purchase of a Veto Mat.
The mixer plate covers the entire bottom of the bio-stoker at a sharp angle to the feed screw. This ensures that even low-quality fuels are pressed against the feed screw. This way, the fuel is evenly fed and the silo emptied completely. The control box controls the igniter automatically according to the settings on the boiler thermostat. The settings of the igniter are located on the control panel. It is also possible to use the blower separately and turn the screw forwards and backwards. Deliveries also include flame-monitoring equipment.
