All Veto boilers have either a pushing or pulling ash removal system. The mechanism removes ash automatically at appropriate intervals. Two-piece ash removal mechanisms are also available.

Ash removal mechanisms are available for the heat convection part of the 300–700kW boilers. We recommend they be used with automatic soot blowers.

The ash container is a solution for handling ash, which helps to keep the environment clean. It is compact and compatible with the equipment. Emptying this 800-liter ash container is easy, and it can be equipped with add-ons suitable for attachment to a front loader. The large volume of the container means you do not have to empty it so often.

Thanks to its air density, the rotary feeder effectively protects the igniter from backfire. It enables the versatile installation of the igniter in different spaces (changes in feed direction and height). The structure prevents free air circulation from the silo to the boiler and prevents combustion gases from rising to the silo.

The oxygen-controlled Lambda control box makes clean and complete combustion possible in the best efficiency range. All that remains is clean ash. The control box regulates the residual oxygen of the flue gas and the fuel feed.

Mechanical igniter grates are available for boilers of 40–990 kW. The 40-kW–120-kW mechanical grates are air-cooled. The 160 kW and larger are water-cooled and equipped with a primary and secondary blower. Mechanical igniter grates evenly distribute the fuel to the igniter and effectively removes the ash from it. With a mechanical igniter grate, using a wider range of fuel is possible.

An automatic soot blower will allow longer boiler cleaning intervals and improve the boiler’s degree of efficiency. The mechanical automatic soot blower is available for the 300–700 kW boilers. The pneumatic automatic soot blower is available for all boiler models.

The control box will give a command for lighting the boiler automatically if necessary.

The flue gas cleaner maintains the standard negative pressure of the boiler’s furnace, and thus combustion is even and it stays in the best efficiency range. At the same time, the flue gas cleaner removes solid particles from the flue gas.

The GSM alarm box provides alarm text messages if necessary. Available for all control boxes.

Remote monitoring enables monitoring of the boiler’s performance via a network connection. Remote monitoring is available for the Lambda 5 and XL control boxes.
